Just like the wine barrels in which the finest reserve wines are aged, solid oak is selected for the rope shaped pillars, and they receive a dark stain and luminous finish to enhance the wood grain and gently reflect the light. The Reserve from Heirloom Hourglass is completed with our solid pewter grape bunch closures on each side, which allow you to easily open and close your hourglass so you can fill it with beach sands or vineyard soils.
