Customize your Heirloom
Hourglass with these engraveable wooden heart shaped closures! These beautifully finished wooden hearts are the perfect addition
to any Heirloom Hourglass from our “Wedding and Special Occasion” hourglass collection. Like all of our custom
closures, they have a threaded plug on the back side that allows you to easily thread the closure into either side of your
hourglass, so you can open and close it anytime you wish and seal your sands securely inside. Include a wooden heart closure
on one side of your Heirloom Hourglass, or select one for both sides! Match the wood of the rope shaped pillars of the Heirloom
Hourglass you choose for the ultimate finishing touch, and add optional engraving directly on the wooden hearts by selecting
“Closure Engraving Service” found on page 2 of this section of our website. Shown in the top row from left to
right are: Oak, Cherry, Maple, and Cedar. Shown in the bottom row from left to right are: Black Walnut, Tamarack, and Stained
Oak. When you purchase one of these heart closures, it will replace one of the closures that comes standard with the Heirloom
Hourglass model you buy. If you want to replace both standard closures with Wooden Hearts, just add a second heart to your
shopping cart. You can select the same Wooden Heart for both sides of your Heirloom Hourglass, or you can select a different
