My hourglass is stunning. I was worried about the timing of my order. That it wouldn't make it in time for my wedding. But it came a month before so I am at ease. I emailed about timing and received a reassuring response the same day. I couldn't be happier with my product and the service provided to me during the process

This company was wonderful. I had a few questions about the hourglass prior to purchasing. She answered all my questions and told me up front that she would be increasing the shipping costs, so if I do purchase she will honor the price at the time of our conversations. A few weeks later I ordered my hourglass and she refunded the difference in cost right away. These hourglasses are beautiful and perfect for special occasions and especially weddings. Normal sand ceremonies are done in a vase, or a picture frame, but if you don't pour the sand it right, or it gets moved, it's going to be ruined, but with the hourglass it doesn't matter how the sand is poured in because it gets mixed anyways and is a nice memory and decor. The piece was beautiful! So glad I decided to purchase! Highly recommended!
